We are a UK-based international business development and telemarketing agency. We specialise in long-term relationship building rather than telesales. Our team all work from home, mostly with VOIP phones and they work flexible hours to suit our clients and their lives. So we are the opposite of a call centre!! We currently support clients' business development across ASIA, the Americas and mainland Europe as well as the UK so we already work in about 12 languages.
We have a new client – a technology company – who have key contacts in Germany who need to be called. These are people who they have met at exhibitions or who have requested product samples. The calls are to establish whether these key contacts have projects coming up with which our clients could assist. It's important to establish whether these companies need product literature, a product demonstration, costings and also to check that we have their email address. So it is very customer service focussed and aimed at long term relationship building.
As well as this work, we have another technology client who sends out large scale email marketing campaigns to existing and prospective customers. Our team follow up where the emails are opened and there appears to be interest in the products. Again, we are not selling, just calling to establish interest and to find out whether product literature or costings would be useful.
We are looking for a native German speaker to join the team part time to make these calls from January onwards. We do not yet have confirmation of the number of calls or leads involved but we would estimate 5-10 hours a week. These hours could be worked on a flexible basis, within office hours so as to fit round other work.
Because we use a cloud-based CRM system and send emails on behalf of our clients we are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and can write a good email as well as having a warm, friendly and professional phone manner.
