Title:Mystery calling / e-mailing

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

We have to perform a mystery call survey to some long term leasing companies. You only have to report us some prices.

You can use 2 mystery callers, who both be approaching the 4 companies. The vehicles they will be asking for, will be given later. In these documents is indicated for which vehicles mystery caller 1 should ask, and for which mystery caller 2. It is up to you to find the phone numbers of the companies and put them in the instruction document.

The documents with the vehicles to ask for, are the documents in which reporting will take place; the mystery caller will fill in all prices asked for, per company, per car. We expect you to send us these filled in documents. It must be clear in the filename which rental company it concerns. We would like to receive the e-mails of the car rental companies with the actual quotations or the vehicles as well.

When mystery calling is a problem, you are also allowed to perform mystery e-mails to get the information needed.

We would like both of your mystery callers to start as soon as possible. This will make sure we can report at the beginning of next week. Can you give me a price for this? In 2010 three of this waves in the UK have to per performed.

Hi Arjen
please could you clarify roughly how many companies you expect to be reported on in total. It would help to price up a bid.
Thanks
Rebecca

Every wave only for companies have to be reported. For every company you have to call twice or email twice to get all prices of the cars. So 8 calls or 8 mystery emails per wave. Quite simple, we do it also in the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal and Germany. Regards, Arjen
