We have recently rebranded with a new logo and have electronic templates that need updating. The headed paper needs to merge with several different types of document through our database.
1
Create a headed paper word template with the logo matching the headed paper, and text as similar to website as possible (default text)
Size of template needs to remain similar or smaller than current.
Header needs to be dropped so no changes necessary when writing a letter and logo should not affect text, of be hidden by or overwritten by logo.
2
Also create one without text, just logo and bottom band, no text, with default text set
3
Then create a template for CVs, again formatting should not affect merging into DB, with default text set with ‘CV submitted by’ info. For this one the header should be higher so the CV fits on page.
On return, then test in DB to check merges correctly, and also that terms will merge in.
