I need a mobile App Developer to work on a new project. The Application will need to be Multi-channel to support multiple operating systems and multiple deployment methods.
The functionality will be fairly simple, it will be used for people to discover information about a new scheme. Videos will need to be incorporated to show the user examples of the scheme.
It will also need to provide a number of tools to share this information; including spreadsheets, graphical representations and reporting formats. The information collated could be shared through social media and email and will also be archived for local or national modelling/use at a later date.
Ideally I would like interested developers to send me the complete technical and SRS document.
