Mobile app

Hi Guys I am looking to work with someone who can build me an app for my taxi base, the app has to be scalable and have the ability to be white labelled. The app has to work with Google geocoding to show how far the taxi is in arrival to the customer and has to to have the ability to be managed from a cms which I have already created. So process would be customer books a taxi, the request then arrives on a pc screen which I have already created, the job is then allocated to particular driver which I can do from the CMS. I am open to suggestions and look forward to any responses kindly
