Minor changes to CMS functionality

Hello, I have a website that I can access via CMS. I can log in as admin and change things there, but the amount of changes is quite limited.

One of the changes I can do is adding subpages (new poems) to one of the pages, but I can't decide which one goes on top. By default, the newest one does, and that's not what I want.

I would like to be able to order them around.

There is a page where I can add audio tracks - same thing. I would like to be able to order them.

There is also a tab with pics there, and I can add up to 24 pics or so.
I would like to be able to add more.
I would also like a "pause" button so that the slide show can be paused.

I'd also like an option to rename the "Audio", "Blogs," and "Resume" tabs, and add two more tabs that I can name and fill with content.

I don't know what to expect price-wise, I'll rely on your estimate.
