Vitreous is a development agency situated in the heart of Hollywood. We are a female-run studio dedicated to providing a platform for artists and small businesses and specialize in developing, marketing and mentoring our clients. Our Hollywood HQ also provides a versatile events space and coworking facility. We manage clients’ careers within the entertainment & creative industries, host events and create content.
We aim to be a one-stop-shop for our clients providing business support, mentoring, press, PR, marketing, social media marketing, web services, distribution, strategy and launches, all in-house.
This role is perfect for anyone wanting to make the move to an agency environment. There is a high volume of work, clients & variety. No two days ever look the same.
We are a growing one-year-old startup. In-house we manage:
A tech startup
A nightlife brand
Our own work & studio space
Our own events space
Our agency services
A film festival
Our external clients include fashion magazines, recording artists, coaches, custodial companies, novelists & thought leaders. We will work with *anyone*, providing they are willing to tread the cutting edge of technology at the peak of their powers. Our clients are serious about growing their businesses, increasing their revenues, and expanding their client bases.
Team
The marketing manager will have access to a full team of support staff. He or she have the ability to hire more team members based on a clear budget.
You should:
Be adaptable, with a sunny demeanor and great customer skills
Be able to keep your cool in stressful situations
Work with staff firmly but fairly
Be a leader, but also follow direction diligently
Have a great knowledge of popular culture
Have your own contacts to bring to the table
Be highly organized and able to schedule work for yourself and your team

The marketing manager reports to the CEO and works hand in hand with the CEO, directors, operations manager, fundraising manager and sales manager.
The Marketing Manager will manage a team of marketing support staff and interns.

Creation of key relationships with stakeholder groups
Supporting the CEO in attending regular networking events
Inviting networking groups to utilize venues managed by Vitreous
Creation of new opportunities for data capture
Creation of audience development events & opportunities
Recruitment
Working hand-in-hand with local colleges & institutions to create internship programs
Recruiting social media staff on a project-by-project basis as freelancers
Recruiting promotions staff
Content
Creation & execution of fantastic content to use across our platforms
Creation of informed, on-brand and shareable content
Share content daily across our platforms
Creation of digital marketing monetized targets for your team, based on shares and likes
Events
Creation of a soft way to capture data from events
Creation of affiliate programs for all events
Ensuring events stock (artwork and promo materials) is up to date
Social Media Marketing
Manage the business's presence across all social media platforms.
