Mail shot e mails

I am seeking a person/s to send out both e mails and do posting on various sites blogs etc. Naturally I would require sight of a copy of all correspondence to enable me to establish the work has been fulfilled. We will allow a period of time for you to identify the appropriate sites to write to. Basically we are looking to send mails to seniors and persons who have a worldwar II interest. The message will be simple reminding anyone and everyone who served in world war II that they are entitled to free lottery funded memorial trip to where they served.
