Magento Video Fixes

I'll escrow payment and release ONLY when work is on my server, tested and approved. No exceptions.

FFMPEG, MPLAYER, FLVTOOLS, MENCODER are installed on site AND WORKING. Pass uploaded video to ffmpeg. compress and convert it to .flv and pass it back to appropriate page so it shows on frontend and plays correctly. Video frame should show on video instead of jpg or blackness - see video_view.png in zip file.

REQUIREMENTS - Fix video and image upload for frontend and admin:

1. Pass uploaded video to ffmpeg and its codecs and convert to highest quality .flv file (video & audio) and pass it back to correct location for viewing. Many videos will have .MTS extensions because they are HD/Blu Ray quality. Maintain that quality in the .flv when conversion is complete.
2. Product pages - see video_view.jpg as how uploaded videos look
3. Listing Form - see video_image_error.jpg for error on image and video upload
4. CMS > Pages
5. FAQ pages - see FAQ_CMS_Pages.png in zip file.
6. Add AVI and MTS to acceptable file types and tell me where on my server to make the change should I need to make future changes.
7. If the image or video exist, show message that it exists and give user option to overwrite or not overwrite. See fileoverwrite_warning.jpg
8. Video or Image can either be selected from Storage Root, Media Library (extension installed) or hard disk.
9. Uploads should centralize in these directory for
video ==> media/upload/video
image ==> media/upload/image
10. When url is https, videos and images on the add list forms do not load, they show errors as shown in view_image_error.png in zip file.

WHEN DONE, YOU MUST WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING YOU DID - FILES CREATED OR MODIFIED, SO THAT IF WORK IS DELETED, I CAN FOLLOW YOUR INSTRUCTIONS AND REBUILD WHAT'S NEEDED.

List Magento sites with videos that you developed which I can verify with the site owners. If you have no sites, DON'T BID!!!!!
