Looking for a web designer and developer for an online directory

I am looking for a reliable web designer and developer, who can design and develop a wedding directory for me. That is very simple directory with not that much features. Any Professional web developer can do that. I want my own design not template. You can bid for this job if you are or you have a very professional graphic designer and developer. Don't need joomla, wordpress or any other template. I am willing to pay only fix price, so don't tell me your hourly charges.
