Description of support work: Looking for someone in London area experienced in book keeping, invoicing, and payroll to assist a growing travel start up on a part time basis.
We use xero, so experience in this system required.
Prefer you to be able to visit office in Oxford Circus for some time each month, may help with book- keeping, processing expense claims etc.
Main jobs will be:
- calculating commissions (info provided) and issuing invoices, up to 50/week in peak periods, 10/week in quiet periods.
- reconciling payments received via bank transfers and online
- chasing up overdue invoices
- monthly book keeping and reporting in xero, including managing expenses claims for staff
- monthly payroll including calculations of bonuses due to staff
We will ask for your help on other administrative matters as they come up.
Estimate approx 10-15 hours/month required.
Looking for someone friendly, reliable, efficient and flexible. Hourly rates preferred.
