Hi and thanks for your interest.
Our firm provides engineering consultancy services.

The logo should be delivered ready for print as well as in black/white and web-compatible formats.
2. Business cards, letterhead and envelopes design
We also require business cards; letter headed and envelops design incorporating the company logo. All these items should be designed in black/white as well as with corporate colours on a white background.

Clarification Board
M. S. on 02/09/2010 13:28Hi
Can you please clarify, What kind of engineering services your company provide; mechanical, electronic or all?
L. B. on 02/09/2010 16:35Is your budget set at £150 as you seem to want quite a lot for that?
I. A. on 02/09/2010 18:11Hello Darran,
Thankyou for your posting. I agree with Lesley's comments - is the budget flexible?
I would like to work with you on this project if the project budget is increased, but in the meantime please browse my portfolio to see the style of my work. If you would like to consider working with me, please ask me to bid on this project where I will submit a realistic bid.
Thankyou.
Ian
I. A. on 02/09/2010 18:19My apologies Simms.

S. R. on 02/09/2010 19:16Hi,
I'm in agreement with Lesley unfortunately, I think that's a lot of work for a top-end budget of £150.
I understand that things can be tight in the current climate, but is there any possibility of scaling-up your budget at all?
If not I understand, but without an increase in your available budget I don't think you'll get the quality of work that your business deserves.
I may be able to bid on your project, as I can offer a flexible payment structure (based upon installments), but I'd need to know first if that's something you'd consider.
Look forward to your reply.
Regards,
Stu

Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
Remember: if something looks too good to be true, it probably is!
