I have a problem with someone who has breached our agreement to complete some work and has left us in limbo.
The defendant signed an NDA and agreed terms.
We have missed our launch date(s) and have missed out on the income from this and lost opportunities.
I need a solicitor to proceed with action against the defendant or provide info/details of how to do this myself. I would like to find the best route.
We have sent a pre-action letter and there has been no resolution to the problem. I feel this cannot be resolved without going to court.
I have prepared a document listing all details which will be provided if we take you on.
