What is the nature of the dispute? Does the contract have an arbitration or mediation clause(s) in it?
Regret unable to supply you with any further details, other than those you have already ascertained, as to do so would break the terms of the PPH site.
I can bid but it would be helpful if I was aware of the nature of the claims you have. Perhaps also giving the number of claims and an estimate of quantum, either each one or a combined total.
Thank you for your reply.
I would bid for your claims in contract or tort (or otherwise where there was a dispute) excluding those claims which are already in litigation where it is unlikely my assistance would be required.
I expect I have enough information to bid but an advice of the actual nature of the claims, which are not as yet subject to litigation, would help to further clarify.
There are very many firms trawling this site for work, so be warned. You have given no clue at all what you are trying to achieve, how and why. How on earth do you expect this to end well on the basis of what you have written? There are many genuine and able legal consultants on this site, and an enormous number of charlatans. Which are you hoping to attract with your current listing?
What is the nature of your claim?
Keep in mind that you have more chances to win a Job with Case Study as fewer Sellers will send a proposal. Moreover the Buyer has already paid a fee for it, which shows that they seriously intend to award the Job.
