Description

I am looking for a retired solicitor or someone with legal experience to assist us in a claim that we are making. We are sick and tired of firms (plural) of solicitors generating correspondence with the opposition and making no headway, running their own instructions for their own financial benefit. It is very unlikely that a firm of solicitors who find it necessary and have the time to trawl this web site seeking work would be to our liking. Very unlikely in terms of attitude, demeanour and cost. A struck off solicitor would be better than one practising that sort of behaviour.

Regret unable to supply you with any further details, other than those you have already ascertained, as to do so would break the terms of the PPH site.

I can bid but it would be helpful if I was aware of the nature of the claims you have. Perhaps also giving the number of claims and an estimate of quantum, either each one or a combined total.

About £ 2,400000 and £ 500000 wasted on legals to date but I do not think we can work together as you need to enjoy your ability.

  • S M.

    Thank you for your reply.

I would bid for your claims in contract or tort (or otherwise where there was a dispute) excluding those claims which are already in litigation where it is unlikely my assistance would be required.

I expect I have enough information to bid but an advice of the actual nature of the claims, which are not as yet subject to litigation, would help to further clarify.

I am not sure how this site works. All I can see about you is you have initials which are abbreviations for sado masochism. I have enough pain from the legal profession. If there is some way to find out more about you, where you are based, what experience you have and whether you exist or are working for the other side I would like to know in order to determine where we go.

There are very many firms trawling this site for work, so be warned. You have given no clue at all what you are trying to achieve, how and why. How on earth do you expect this to end well on the basis of what you have written? There are many genuine and able legal consultants on this site, and an enormous number of charlatans. Which are you hoping to attract with your current listing?

We spend over 100 k each year on legals and have a number (note a number) of precedent cases. We do not see the costs abating. We are looking for someone or more than one person who can assist us and not of the usual legal professional rubbish. We have had nine bids. One of them seems very interesting and others are not dismissed out of hand but we would like to know more about the bidders before giving chapter and verse of the situation. We hope to be contacted by a number of people and find someone who we can give regular money too who has a brain and can assist us and counsel.

What is the nature of your claim?

We have a number of claims and sme ongoing property litigation. What is your interest please.
