We are a new, niche, business consultancy, specialising in Customer Experience Improvement, and we want somebody to do some lead-generation/appointment-setting work for us.
Our target market is service-providers, typically in Financial Services (Domestic Insurance, Credit Card, Travel Insurance, Retail Banking, etc.), Telecoms/Media (ISPs, Mobile, TV, etc.), Retail, or Utilities (Gas, Electricity, Water, etc.).
I have a database of potential clients and I want someone to speak to these individuals, and give them a brief outline of our service, with the goal of booking an appointment for me to meet with them. I want to work with a highly-skilled and experienced telesales freelancer, who is a confident person with a good telephone manner, and who gets results!
Hours to suit yourself as long as they are between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. You would work remotely but you will need a broadband connection and headset as we will provide you with a link to log into our system which logs and records the calls that you make.
You will be setting appointments for a pitch/presentation, not selling consultancy services and, in the majority of cases, the call will be as a follow-up to an initial email.
We are seeking someone who is competent and capable without being pushy.
- All calling data will be in an online CRM system (Zoho), which will need to be updated, in real-time, with the call outcome
- Initial contact details will be supplied but you may well need to ‘dig deeper’ to identify the right person
- Follow up emails and calls may well be required so a company email address, in your own name, will be provided, as will promotional material
- A clear, British accent will be required
