kids newspaper website

I would like to create a website with newspaper magazine which will allow children to upload news direct to the internet.

I would like to start up a newspaper for kids where kids will be able to upload newspaper articles which will fit to different sizes just like a newspaper.

The website should also pages where I can sell products for kids with a shopping cart. Companies must be able to generate a passcode to also upload their services on the site.

There must be a notice board for kids to upload different information of activities going on. Must have a filter to stop adult materials being sent on the site.

I must be able to delete and upload articles.
