Keyword research

You need to find 50 long-tail keywords based on the following criteria:

1. All 50 long tail keyword phrases must come from one seed keyword

2. The seed keyword must be the name of a country, city, town, province, state or any real geographical place. Can be a noun or adjective (eg. France cars or French cars)

3. The seed keyword, and a good number of long-tails, should have atleast "medium" competition in google adwords tool

4. The seed keyword should have a minimum of $0.50 in the google adword contextual placement tool

5. All long tail phrases should be recieving real monthly searches. This needs to be proven either through the phrase being present in google auto suggest tool, google adwords tool, market samurai data or any other keyword tool that displays monthly searches. (searches can be global- no need to be local)

Competition:

Existing serp competition needs to be low enough so new posts can rank. These are the criterea:

6. 1st page google results should be approx 50% PR1 or PR0

7. 1st page google results should have atleast approx 50% results that are not exact title optimized
