We require an organised, IT literate, graphic design adept self starter to work for a superyacht website working at the heart of this exciting industry. The position calls for an articulate, well spoken, web savvy candidate with a can-do attitude for this dynamic role. The principle responsibilities are to maintain the data integrity of our site, liaising between various industry clients worldwide, as well as working closely with our designer on a range of digital and print projects to ensure our remains the factual authority on superyachts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• To maintain and update technical yacht data
• To aid with the design and production process of flash banners, email campaigns and in-house literature
• Research from a wide variety of sources to validate and cross reference all yacht system data is accurate
• Complete familiarization of Superyachts.com web based system and the propriety admin panels that run the site (training provided)
• To provide technical assistance and knowledge transfer to clients, ensuring that Superyachts.com's powerful platform is fully utilized
• Assisting clients in editing and uploading material onto the website, ensuring a high quality of presentation
• Contacting clients for copy/images
• Experience working across platforms such as Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter is highly preferable
• Monitoring stats and analysing the flow of web traffic
• Working with clients to enhance their presentation on our site
• Working with a dedicated team that focus on maintaining and enhancing the standards of the site
• Report to the Production Manager providing feedback from client experiences on potential site improvements and functionality enhancements
• SEO experience highly desirable
Key skills required:

• Good communicator and telephone manner
• Organised and methodical
• Well presented and articulate
• Team Player
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, ideally Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Flash
• Proficient in all major web packages
• Knowledge of email marketing and email list management, preferably Mail Chimp
• Knowledge of Open X software preferable
• Technical qualifications preferred
• Eligible to live and work in the UK
A degree education is advantageous; however, previous commercial experience within the luxury and high-end market and fluency in a second European language is also desirable. A portfolio that demonstrates a flare for design and web skills would be preferable either upon application or for presentation at interview stage. This is a full-time, in-house position that will be based in our Northwest London office five days a week.
