Joomla Booking System Development

We are looking for someone to develop an online booking site and ecommerce store on behalf of one of our clients.

The end user will need to be able to choose treatments and then book using a calendar, firstly selecting a day and then a time slot, they will then need to pay using PayPal or WorldPay. The user needs to be able to book multiple treatments, receive a booking email confirmation upon completion of payment, access their account details and edit details, users only within certain postcodes can book, users cant making a booking for less than 12 hours in advance, the system needs to allow 30 minutes travelling time between appointments for the staff, users need to be able to buy vouchers/packages for themselves or for friends which can be booked in 1 appoitnment at a time, site needs to integrate facebook likes and tweets. We also need the ability to email registered users. The site administrators need to be able to block out individual therapists hours, manually enter bookings in the admin system, access client info, admin to see a central calender showing appointments for all the staff, the administrator needs to be able to add treatments, admin needs to receive copy of booking eails, as well as registrations and changes to client accounts. Not all therapists will offer all treatments, - If a customer books in lash extensions (which therapist A does) & spray tan (which therapist B does) we can send two therapists but one after another. Site also needs to have an online shop (virtuemart?).
