Description of support work: Hi I need a Jira / Atlassian
Please dont bother if you dont know this product from an infrastructure / Linux / service desk workflow level. We will NOT be paying for someone to experiment and learn Jira, but happy to pay top rates for someone that can demonstrate that they know this product and know Jira service desk
ACTIONS:
Use service desk project (PS) to set up internal approval step and customised sheet for quotes + ability to upload quote and auto assign for approval
Test confluence access as a logged in unlicensed user
Set up issue type for testing portal in S&P service desk project
Set up portal page test for S&P
Email set up for S&P and attached to S&P service desk
Confluence linked to a space (check access to other spaces for unlicensed users)
Set up specific workflow for PS project only (issue type dependency)
Review and tidy up workflows in our own service desk vs PS project and demonstrate dependencies
QUESTIONS:
How do we make non licensed users approvers, and for an email to be sent?
What control do we have over non licensed users? - groups, permissions
How can we create different portal access for non-licensed user groups? - some users need to see
How do we create SSO for Confluence / Jira service desk?
Can we run through best practice for running 2 service desks as separate entities under one install (I think we may have to create a separate instance
