Experience Level: Expert
Basic IT support for a small business. eg problems with syncing, printer not operating with all facilities, set up of new computer. Trying to carry out these activities takes too much time away from the main purpose of the business. What we need is someone to call on when we have these issues who can visit and correct at a mutually agreed time.
