IPhone app - Model release app

Hi, we need someone to program an iphone app:

I need a modell release app.
I want to know if you have the knowledge to do it, what it would cost and how long it would take. I also need links to other apps that you´ve made.

The Structure:

View 1 – Startpage showing ongoing projects
- Help-icon to the top left with quick help info

- plus-icon (+) in the top right to start a new model release (View 2)

- Able to sort your releases according to name, date or session

- \"Settings\"-icon to the bottom right for settings


View 2 – New model release

- Project name (beach, business, mothers)

- Locations

- Date



View 3 – Model

- \"New Name\" or pick from already photographed models

- Picture (take a picture of the model)

- Birthday (If the model is underaged you should be able to also type the name of the guardian)

- (Guardians name)

- Sex (M/F)

- Adress

- E-mail

- Phone



View 4 – Signature

- Sign your name on the line



View 5 – Overview of the contract for approval



View 6 – Summary

- Picture + Name

- Status (Not completed (red), Ready to send (green), Already sent (black))

- Photographers name

- Project (Name, location, date)

- Model (everything from view 3)

- Signature (Photographer and model (and if any, the guardian))


View 7 – Send release as PDF via e-mail

- Choose pre-added recievers or add new


View 8 - misc.

Photographer profile (name, adress and more..)
