Iphone and android App

Hi im am in need of an app creating its is a very basic app..

you would need to design the layout and do the Graphics to a pro standard..

but all it need is to be able to import photos to five place holders from gallery or from in app itself.. then these 5 pages wouldeach link to another page each with an editible text area ....

then there would be another section were there would be a table with objects on them and each one when touched would disapear of the table as if you are removing them....

thats roughly the idea... but not to much work... basic app realy..

so a little flash, graphic, and very little coding for a decent programer....

i dont have a great budget as recently Had heart attack... and lost job etc... so taking this route to see if it can help...
