IPAD application

I am currently working on the content for a cooking/recipe IPAD application. The application will have pictures, short videos and recipes along with an ingredients list. I have already designed the layout, menu and have all the UI elements and content. I just need someone to bring all these together in an IPAD application. I have a full requirement specification that I will email to prospective freelancers. I am looking for a longer term working relationship as there are some other projects in the pipeline.
