Need to raise awareness and profile of a new online magazine and also generate revenue! Marketing is largely to be online, though cost effective offline marketing is an option. You will need to identify what needs doing and fix it - promotion and marketing wise. Must be sensitive to the ethos of the magazine.

Just launched the second edition and received very positive feedback and steadily growing readership. Must build on this.
