Internet marketing

Hi

I'm looking for someone with internet marketing experience to initially get more traffic to my website and increase the number of queries using social media, advertising through facebook etc (not ppc)
If the individual/company shows they are able to increase both of the above I would then look after the internet marketing for the business.

If I come across as a bit of a cynic I apologise now, I have spent 000s with other internet marketers who have done literally nothing for their money and makes promises to produce work and hasn't. I would do this myself however, time is a factor for me and would much rather spend my time doing what I do best.

Please send brief description of how you would increase traffic as a means for me to determine who will be hired for the job.
