Install a theme to wordpress

I have bought a theme from themeforest and i can not install it onto wordpress 3.1.2 and I also need the settings changed so that the theme appears as my home page

My host for the website is one.com, which has php 5.3.5 i need this done within a day , i understand this is an easy job for those that know so a one day turnaround should suffice.

Also the bid amount is due in part to PPH min so please no bidders above the set amount however free free to bid competitively
