Design details: We are a small consultancy company, working with clients in a highly structured change process.
I'm looking for a way to communicate the whole process down to the single steps to the people in the company. I've written a book about that, which is mainly for the key managers of the company. I'd like to have material to give to the people which explains for every phase and every step of the change: why the change is necessary? What will be the results of the change? What is in it for the different stakeholders? Why is it possible but difficult to achieve it? How will it be done?
I'm imagining infographics, whiteboard animation, ... whatever helps to deliver the message.
