Indie Game Studio looking for 3d modeler.

Hello,
I am the lead developer of a new 3d indie game studio called "Dark Wave Game Studios". We are currently in the process of making the game "Zombie Apocalypse Online" the first ever 3d zombie mmo, and we need some 3d modellers. We need 3d character modellers that can model, rig, and, animate, and preferably that can make the model "game ready" for use with the unity 3d game engine. As we are an indie game company budget is tight, so we can offer you a percentage of the game profits once the game is released, or (this is less preffered) we can pay by hour or character model, at a low wage.
