Illustrator/ graphic designer

Hi I am looking for a designer to complete some design work for our website. The website is based upon cartoon like characters similar to those used by M&M's (please visit there website to get a better Idea)
The characters will also be changeable like the M&M's where by the user can create their own versions by changing the hair, eyes, accessories etc. So I will also need variations of these parts. My characters are based on a theme and I have designs for you to get a good idea of my direction. I think the work will be mostly vector based, and is quite straight forward.
