IPhone App Development

I have a client server database application, with an MS SQL Server 2005 backend. I need a very simple iPhone app developing to enable users to login, and download a single subset of data that relates to them. I want them then to be able to add a comment and submit this comment and exact current date/time back to the database server. I have the .mobi domain that I want to use for this.
