IPhone App - IP Port

I need an iphone application developing that will be user friendly that you can input an IP address and open a port to then be able to start, stop and refresh flight times. and other flight material TBC
I will get a full job spec together when I see interest and the accpeted bidder will be required to do all and then pass to me to learn how it works, along with providing documentation of how it does work.
