I want a separate summary sheet from proposal sheet provided by company software

Experience Level: Expert
When I run an investment proposal or an insurance proposal I get pages and pages of information from my company's proposal software. What I want is a separate summary sheet that basically says if you put this in you will get this out. I have to use the values provided by proprietary software so I do not know if I need a separate program or something I can add to proprietary program. I want a flat rate.
