Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the website: IT support company
Description of requirements/features: Looking to provide a downtime calculator to embed into websites and infusionsoft landing page.
It needs to allow entry for hourly rate and number of staff do the calculation and display the answer. I also want it then to use the answer to populate a simple example.
Calculation is simply (hourly billing rate x 0.7) x number of staff = cost per hour of unproductive time (based on a utilisation rate of 70%)
Example
Imagine a file server failure for your firm
For eight hours, your employees do not have access to their customer records, forms, documents and management resources.
During the course of this failure, your staff can only work at 30% of the normal level of productivity.
Formula is
(cost per hour of unproductive time x 0.7) x 8 = Total cost of downtime for indecent
"and that doesn't even include the cost of your current IT provider fixing the problem."
It needs to be compatible with wordpress websites and infusionsoft landing pages (but not a wordpress plug in).
Once complete we would retain all the rights to the source code.
Specific technologies required: Wordrpess
Extra notes:
I've uploaded a pdf of a visual for the type of look I am after. and I'd like to be able to grab the 'result' figure and either use it in another calculator (that I will need creating) or into an email.
