Fully integrate existing feedback system already begun by previous developer. System needs to be tested
for functionality and linked to our marketplace system. We also need to make sure the system does
automatically add a "flag" to a user's account if they achieve "top seller" status by receiving
consistent positive feedback and removes it if they fail to continue achieving. System should already
be developed but needs to be tested and improved if necessary - We also need a user's feedback score and
status to show on their shop and social profile and user's need to be able to contend "unfair" feedback
so it doesn't affect their status. Admin must be able to review all contended feedback and remove/approve
it as necessary. There should be a separate area on the site for Admin to do this which is only
accessible by them (and the 2 parties involved in the dispute).
We will also need to implement a discount system - user's with the "Top Seller" flag enabled will receive
a % off all final sale fees and user's with the "Verified" flag enabled will also receive a % off the final
sale fees. Discounts should be accumalitive so for example, if both amounts were set at 5% and a user has
both flags enabled, they would receive a 10% discount.
VirtueMart will be installed and themed in house - External developer needs to help with the following:
An IPN Script that automatically updates the member's primary usergroup accross the entire
site* once payment has been received to either Membership Level 1, 2 & 3 and automatically demotes them back
to a FREE member once the subscription period ends.
In addition to the Membership packages - We also need a "Verification" package adding to the shop. This will
be the NetIDMe system. Another IPN script will need to be created that automatically adds a "Verified" flag
to the user in all databases which can be displayed on their profile in the Shop and Social areas.
If this is not possible to do with VirtueMart then we need nother eCommerce system that can do this.
JomSocial Profile Pages
Users need to be able to display either their social profile or their "shop front" (to showcase any items
they may be selling on our site) - This should be an option the can choose between and shoul be "tabbed" so
if a user has a shop front/is a seller then their profil will have two tabs - social & marketplace - they
get to choose which one is loaded by default.
We use jFusion to synchronise our user's details and similtaneously log them into all systems to allow for
a seamless site browsing experience. There is currently an option in there to synchronise usergroups so that
if a member's usergroup is changed in Joomla, it is also changed in WordPress & PHPBB - However, this option
does not seem to exist for the Marketplace (Geodesic) system and we need it to as there will be discounts
available in the marketplace for people who have purchased a membership package from us.
So we need the person's primary usergroup to update in the shop when it updates in Joomla.
Registration Sharing Options
We need Facebook & Twitter sharing options built into the registration page along with the ability to
record who has shared and who has declined to share by way of a flag in the database to show they have
