I need two professional (simple) web-site designs -- looking for turn-key solution

Hi, I need two web-sites set-up. Both are pretty basic and do not need anything particularly complex.

Site A -- this is for my consulting business "Lexyn Limited" which is a UK based legal and compliance consulting company. What I want is basically a profile page with a handful of pages with relevant information in relation to the sectors I service. I will provide you with the content and basic outline but would like you to come up with some ideas.

Site B -- I have a house in Canada which I will be truing to rent to high-end tourists. So I would like there to be a page showing the house (perhaps a virtual tour) with links to thinks like Google Maps and the local tourist office.

Can you give me some idea for this.

Also, I want an end to end turn-key solution where you find the best web-hosting site.

Finally I have been told that Drupral is the best software to use in setting this up.
