Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We are an online business, based in London, that's open seven days per week. Due to weekend shifts being notoriously difficult to recruit for, we have a requirement for somebody with sales experience to handle the low-volume-but-still-important calls we receive on the weekend.
- ~80 calls per weekend (majority on Saturday)
- Opening hours: 9am - 4pm UK time
The Role (now)
- Speaking to customers about our products and services
- Using crib sheets and FAQs to answer high-level questions customers may have
- Assisting customers with website (i.e., directing them to the right place for information, etc.)
- Performing basic admin tasks on behalf of our customers through our admin system
- Escalating issues/complaints where required
- Maintaining a ledger to record purpose and outcome of calls
If successful in the above capacity, we would like to explore increasing your responsibility, becoming a brand extension to our business.
The Role (future)
- Owning more of the sales experience by selling products to our customers
- Including outbound calls (sales, mystery shop, etc.)
- Interfacing with our CRM and admin systems as a sales agent would
