I need someone who is an expert in developing and coding

I need someone who is an expert in developing and coding; who will be able to create a website for me and finish it once I tell what I need. Also I need the person to be able to change 3rd party components/ extensions when needed. I know the basics of joomla, but now I need someone who’s profession is developing and creating.

The ideal person is able to keep deadlines, is an honest, intuitive, trust worthy, consistent and talented freelancer, someone who has experience with groupon-style websites and can show up references in this field. I am not interested to see website samples with lorem ipsum.

Business Model
The business model starts when a user subscribes for a deal to purchases it.
Once the deal is tipped with minimum number of orders required, users are charged with their specified Credit Card information. In the current code model once a deal is tipped all new users purchasing the deal are charged immediately.
When a user is charged an email is sent to user's email address with

The above specified coupon PDF file is also available in user's my account area, under Purchased Coupon section.

Ordered coupons are cancelled if countdown reaches zero and minimum number of orders are not met. Cancellation notifications are sent to user email addresses.

Merchants get a separate area to login and check details on their deals. If a deal is tipped, merchant can see a list of users who bought the deal and can mark the purchase as redeemed. Merchants can also see their Balance Amount and can request amount withdrawal.
