Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
Kind of writing: Commercial
Industry: Business
Topic: Car Park Problems
Tone: Formal/Professional
Outline & Structure: I need this sort of script (but for several different scenarios ie people who have a problem with car park abuse, people who have land that they're not using that we could operate as a car park, etc):
Hi, my name is Tim calling from creative parking, we manage car parks for “insert business here” like yourselves.
What we do is, we make sure that only staff and customers are parking in your car park.
“Obviously I can see you are in a town centre location, you must get the problem where people that are not customers and not staff are parking there and going off elsewhere. Shopping etc.”
- The key here is to make them feel like you know the area. Mention a surrounding shop or business when saying elsewhere, for example, people going to KFC.
You do? It happens all the time. We are actually in the area next week and would love to pop in for a meeting with yourself.
Extensive research needed: no
Extra notes: I have two people who make outgoing calls to set appointments.
I am looking for someone to write 'key sentences' that they can use when making their calls.
Ideas for opening the conversation, responses to objections, etc.
