Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Hello. I would like someone who has photoshop skills to design a front cover for my eBook. The image I have attached is the rough layout of how I would like it to be. My requirements are:
The sentence of 'From the author of the multi-selling Twisted Justice' as well as my name, need to look better (can hardly look worse!).
The silhouette is eventually going to be an actual photo of a person (a friend) who will be holding his fingers to his head with his eyes shut to represent being in deep thought. The character in the book has enhanced intelligence and reaction skills and I would like this to be represented by thought bubbles coming out of his head.
Often in the book, answers to the problems are presented in orange lines or text; I would like this to feature on the front cover.
I would like at least 2 thought bubbles to appear. One of which demonstrating his knowledge by perhaps using a complex Maths formula being solved. It would also be cool if you could show a representation of situational awareness. In the book, there are several times when he needs this, for instance: one of the bullies has tried to hit his friend with a tennis ball, but he catches it by working out it's speed, trajectory, axis, and parabola etc. I would like this skill to be apparent on the front page.
(Optional: if there is enough room, it would be cool to show his understanding of the human body. There are several instances where he is attacked by bullies and is able to see their vital spots, such as pressure points and other weak parts highlighted so that he can defend himself).
Upon selecting someone to do it, I would like the design to be completed within a week.
I would like to receive both the jpeg file and .psd of the final product so that I can edit the final design of the cover as I see fit.
