Description of support work: Hi fellow PPHers! My Mac ProBook is not happy (only 1 year old and used for the last 7 months) - generally been abused and needs some tlc. It's not a 'mechanical' issue just a number of things need sorting so it runs smoothly. A problem with Word, an issue with Trend Micro and I need to know how Time Machine works so I can organise a restore point in future. It's that kind of thing where incompetence meets technology and bad things happen.
The thing is I need this achieved remotely therefore I need someone who can prove they are trustworthy, have references etc. before I let you loose on my machine. I hope you understand:) I am also pretty desperate to resolve these issues before someone buys an hourlie!
