I need an existing web site migrating to Wordpress (duplicating)

General information for the website: We provide Candy Carts, Candy Floss, Popcorn and Sweet trees for events and parties.
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: The existing web site (www.thecandyco.co.uk) is built via Mr Site.

The content can remain as is.

The requirement is to transfer this in Wordpress.


Please review the site to see the existing content and functionality, the site comprises;

1. a number of pages detailing the services
2. a number of booking forms (some are hidden from menus) which simply collect information and submit via email.
3. a basic shop to take payments for items
4. contact us form
5. Gallery
6. Mailing list sign up



We are familiar with Wordpress, but not Mr Site hence the requirement to migrate. We have had problems where links appear to change and pages appear on the menu that shouldn't be.

As a starting point, the site should just provide the same functionality as the current. We can then work to develop this further.
