I need a professional Sencha Touch 2 mobile developer

GOALS: I'm not a professional developer but I've got some knowledge on Sencha Touch. I need some help to make the following things work:
1. Use of Akolib (Ux accordion menu that can be found at https://github.com/akosma/Sencha-Touch-2-Up-And-Running/tree/master/AkoLib): specifically, use of buttons to navigate from one section to another, so that corresponding menu and content are correctly selected when the button is tapped.
2. Use of locales for several languages (so far, Spanish, German, English and Portuguese). At the moment working with https://github.com/mitchellsimoens/Ux.locale.Manager. Cannot make it work with the data store used by Akolib.
3. Make the languages menu display clearly (at the bottom of the app or at the Home.
Any other task related to content or development is out of scope for this job and would be considered a different job.

START DATE AND DEADLINE: I'd like it to be finished by August, 31st.

REQUIREMENTS: working code. I'll give you the current code. The app content is not finished and I'll finished it. You should only give me back some code that I can use for the rest.

DELIVERABLES: 3 pieces of code (see above).
