Description
Experience Level: Entry
Design details: I want one or two diagrams or info-graphics to best display the information below, i.e. the psychological benefits of massage and the physiological benefits of massage. I possess very little visual imagination myself and have no experience in making such things. Therefore, I'm not quite sure how best to instruct you. I am looking for a means of displaying this information in the most 'eye friendly' way possible, as easy and clear as possible. I am not committed to using the below articulations, as I am sure the exact articulation will depend on the presentation of the information. Perhaps proposals in the form of very quick rough sketches would be ideal.. The final diagrams or info-graphics will go on a website. Many thanks for your time and consideration.

Helps remove knots in the muscles.
Enhances joint mobility; reduces stiffness.
Relief from back pain and pain after injury.
Promotes general rehabilitation after injury or surgery.
Reduces symptoms of stress.
Lowers high blood pressure.
Sedates or stimulates the nervous system (depending on the particular massage).

The Psychological Benefits of Massage

Many of these benefits may be experienced by the giver as well as the receiver of the massage.
Target audience: Everyone
Ideas for the visual style: Simple, clear, eye-friendly
