Description of every page/module: I plan to launch a beauty services brand and need a website design and build.

I have the basic outline of what I'm looking for, please see attached document, and am looking for someone to design and build the site for me around the framework I've outlined.

I'm looking for a sleek design orientated towards the "lifestyle" market, experience of building sites for this market would be beneficial though beauty is not essential.
