Description
Experience Level: Entry
General information for the website: Realtor
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: Not sure
Description of every page/module: I have had to re-post this job because apparently last time I didn't actually post it into my account. My apologies to anyone who responded to this before.
We used the SmallBiz dynamic theme from Expand2web. Although responsive, when the homepage stacks, instead of showing the important contact information front and center, it drops it and just adds a "contact us" link. This was a last minute surprise to us. If this content is important enough to be bold in the header, it is important enough to be easily found by mobile devices! The theme made itself dynamic by widgetizing the whole site. I'm not sure if that makes this fix easier or more challenging. Please advise.
Description of requirements/features: As described above. We want to be specific about the order in which the homepage content stacks. We want to do this using child themes so that future theme upgrades won't mean starting over.
Specific technologies required: php, Wordpress, child themes
Specific technologies required: Wordpress, responsive, php?
Extra notes: I have written to the client for an estimate, but I am guessing their budget will be low since the site is basically working and responsive. This was just one last important thing we all expected.
