We are looking for a hungry Telesales Person to represent our Digital Media Video services to SME's.

You will be selling into an industry where potential clients have already sold the benefits by the competition yet failed to close the sale because of their high pricing structure. We are able to provide a higher quality service for less than half the price of the competition, so if you sell well your off to a great start !

You will already be a self motivated, target driven Telesales preferably from a Media Sales, Directory, Newspaper, Radio, Digital Media or SEO background. You will be a tenacious sales person who can relentlessly generate new leads, and pursue and close business. You will have a proven record of new business sales success in a similar position, and will be used to earning top commissions. In a highly results driven environment, you’ll be the sort of person to whom 100% new business target holds no fear, but instead represents opportunities.

This is a varied and interesting role where your target market will be SME’s from a diverse range of industries. The role will be 100% new business with 70% of the role closing deals over the phone and the further 30% of the role making appointments for one of the Sales representatives to go and visit the prospect customers.

You will be given all the training and tools needed to ensure your success, along with a generous basic salary (£20k-£30k pro rata) and uncapped commissions (ote £60k+ pro rata). This is initially a part time position but can quickly lead into a full time role for the right person.

From experience it can be a difficult job recruiting the right person and our belief is action definitely speaks louder than words. For this role we expect the right person to hit the ground running and achieve immediate results from day one, not excuses that it is likely to take a week (or longer!) to perfect their technique, whilst we pay a basic salary for no results. With this in mind we are prepared to offer this role to more than one person on a trial basis i.e. for a maximum of two days and employ the person(s) who achieve the expected results.
