Highly skilled IOS mobile developers wanted - must have certificates for skills

Due to my recent success here and with other clients I have, I am currently looking for a highly skilled and talented developer to join my team.

We are a web and mobile application development company based in London with a satellite office in Barcelona.
The secret of our success (aside from our coding)is excellent communication and reliability, the two most saught after skills clients want. You must be able to speak, read and write coherent English and be responsive to all messages/emails/texts/calls that will be made by us throughout the exciting journey, I wont settle for anything less.
We're looking for people with the following skills (don't worry you don't need all of them, but the more boxes you tick the better):

For app developers:

- Experience developing Android and iOS applications with Titanium Appcelerator and / or PhoneGap
- Experience developing Android applications in Java using the Android SDK (experience with the NDK and C++ is a plus as well)
- Objective C & XCode (native app development with iOS).
- OpenGL / OpenGL ES

For web developers:
- PHP (and Wordpress)
- Python & Django
- Strong CSS & HTML (experience with Mobile and Responsive design is a plus)
- Javascript / JQuery
- Experience with designing, developing and interacting with web based APIs

Let us know which of the above you are able to do, your starting and ideal hourly rate and days and times of availability.
Please also provide relevant examples of previous apps that you have built.
I will need to see the apps youve build in stores and be able to get a reference from the client who you build the app for.
This is not a job, its an opportunity, and as a developer, I may want you to do a few test tasks. Please dont respond if you cant/wont do this. We will pay you for successful code only. We are looking for perfection, so only want 100% accuracy on code.
