Title:graphic designer - on and off-line

I am working for a client to provide their marketing and design.
We are moving our marketing design work in-house, currently done by printers and one agency.
The company is the largest independent, accredited training providers to the spa and beauty sector.
My background is 20+ years in Marketing and I need good frelance designers to produce excellent, cost effective design that communicates clearly. The first job is to design trade leaflet to launch a new course/range of products that will be live end Feb/Beg March.
We will pay on a job basis agreed based on estimated hours. Please do not apply if you are not in a position to be responsive to 'tweaks' and future jobs. I live and work in Horsley, our head office is in Exmouth
Specific Brief for Bid:
To design an A5, 2-4 sided full colour trade leaflet to help launch a new hair removal/beauty treatment product and training. Will be used at main UK trade exhibiton, direct mail and as sales material. Product popular in Hollywood and offers therapists and their clients benefits that will need to be communicated. There is existing photography, logos etc - needs to gain attention and then explain. (Consumer leaflet may follow)
