Graphic Design, Banner, Logo, Header

I looking for a people who can redesign my site. I need a tottaly new looking. New menu buttons, nem header, background, etc. You have to change some details on css, and maybe some other changes.
More details i will give.

Just then apply for the job if you done before, and please notice, before i take anybody job i should see some demos. Even enoght if you send a jpg file, because i dont want to pay for the job, what i dont like it.
